The UMPB D-30SN is a gliding-type guided munition designed to engage targets at range using satellite navigation.

The munition has a modular design and consists of three main compartments. The first compartment is made of fiberglass and contains the guidance and fusing control system. A metal ballast insert is located in the nose section, and guidance is performed using coordinates from satellite systems (GPS/GLONASS) via a multi-channel module.
