APERS Z1
The Z1 is a directional-fragmentation anti-personnel landmine, visually distinguished by its plastic casing with a convex face and a rear protruding vertical booster housing. It is designed to project approximately 180 chopped steel fragments forward to a lethal range of 20 meters, typically initiated via command wire and an electric detonator secured in a non-threaded well by a rubber O-ring.
