The warhead of the OFBCh-2 consists of a casing with a cover and a bursting charge. The casing is made of steel, and the cover is made of aluminum. The warhead is 245 mm long, the casing diameter is 60.2 mm, and the casing wall thickness is 2.9 mm. Notches for controlled destruction are machined on the outer side of the casing’s lateral surface. The cap has a through threaded hole with an internal thread for screwing in the UZ-2 detonator.
